You can change the default thresholds for warning voltage and critical voltage. These settings directly relate to notifications (alerts) which are sent to all users connected to your farm. Default voltage thresholds can be changed in the Datamars Livestock mobile app or web app.

To change the default voltage thresholds in the Datamars Livestock mobile app:

  1. On the Home screen, tap Menu, then Settings.

  2. Under Current farm settings, tap on Change voltage thresholds.

  3. Change the Warning voltage threshold and Critical voltage threshold and tap Save:

To change the default voltage thresholds in the Datamars Livestock web app:

  1. Click on Farm Settings, then Electric fence.

  2. Change the Default warning voltage threshold and Default critical voltage threshold.

Note: By default, all users connected to your farm will receive notifications to their mobile phone whenever the electric fence voltage drops below either of these figures, but each user can change which notifications they receive using the web app.
