Set up a Wi-Fi internet connection to send data from your WOW system to Datamars Livestock.

You can set up a Wi-Fi connection for your Walk Over Weighing (WOW) system using the Datamars WOW Configuration app.

Notes:

  • These instructions only apply to Wi-Fi enabled WOW systems.

  • Before you start, make sure that the Wi-Fi antenna is connected to the control box:

To set up the Wi-Fi internet connection:

  1. Position yourself next to the WOW system.

  2. Go into your mobile phone settings and check that Wi-Fi is set to On.

  3. From the list of available networks, select RemoteWOW and enter the password trutestRemoteWOW.

  4. Open a browser (e.g. Google or Safari) and type 192.168.50.1 into the address bar.

    This will launch the Datamars WOW Configuration app:

5. Go to the Settings screen.

6. Scroll down to Wi-Fi configuration.

7. Tap refresh to display the available internet connections.

8. Select the preferred network and enter the password.

9. Tap Update Wi-Fi configuration.
