Checking that the WOW system is processing data

Use the Datamars Livestock web app to check that the WOW system is processing data.

You should check every so often to make sure that data is being processed by the WOW system and that the WOW system is Online. If there is no recent data for your animals and/or the WOW system is Offline, further troubleshooting will be required.

Checking that the WOW system is processing data

  1. On the dashboard, check when animals have last been seen by the WOW system.

  2. If there is no data for the Last 3 days or Last 7 days and you would expect there to be some, check the WOW system connection status, then begin troubleshooting.

  1. Click on Farm settings > Integrations.

  2. Scroll down to Remote WOW and click on View details.

  3. Check whether your WOW system is Online or Offline.

If the WOW system is not processing data and/or the WOW status is Offline, troubleshoot to find out the cause. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact the support team (see below).
