Deleting a farm in Datamars Livestock
You may want to delete a farm, for example if you have accidentally made an extra farm which you don't need.
📝 Deleting a farm can only be done in the Datamars Livestock web app, not the mobile app.
📝 You must be an administrator to delete a farm.
📝 When you delete a farm, any devices associated with that farm will automatically be removed. To use those devices in Datamars Livestock, you will need to add them to a different farm.
To delete a farm:
Select the farm you want to delete in the top, left-hand corner.
Click on Farm Settings then General.
Click on Delete.
A confirmation dialogue will appear. Click Yes.
⚠️ Make sure that you have the correct farm selected before you delete it. Once the farm has been deleted, you will not be able to access any data from that farm.

Deleting unwanted data for privacy reasons
These instructions relate to data stored in Datamars Livestock (legacy) software (app.livestock.datamars.com) and Datamars Livestock integrated software (monitoring.livestock.datamars.com).
We value your privacy. You can request some or all of your data is deleted permanently from the cloud software. We will do this on your behalf.
To delete your unwanted data:
Send a message through our live chat bubble on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Specify what you data you would like deleted (farm, dates etc).
The support team will contact you within 24-48 hours to action your request and to check that everything is working correctly afterwards.
Alternatively, email sf-support@datamars.com with your farm name and request.
