If you have forgotten your password or you want to reset it for any reason, follow these steps. The password for the Datamars Livestock platform can be reset in Datamars Livestock (web app) or Datamars Pro (mobile app).
To change your password in Datamars Livestock:
Click on Forgot password?
Type your email address (the address you initially used to set up your account). Click Send.
An email will be sent to your email address.
💡 Check your Junk/Spam folder if you can't find the email in your Inbox.Open the email and click on Reset Password.
Enter a new password and repeat it to confirm. Click on Submit.
Your password has been reset and you will now be logged in.
To change your password in Datamars Pro:
In Datamars Pro, tap Log in.
Tap Forgot password?
Type your email address (the address you initially used to set up your account). Tap Reset then OK.
An email will be sent to your email address.
