The energizer isn't obeying commands from the remote control
The energizer and remote control must be set to the same address setting in order to communicate.
The energizer is switching to Standby unexpectedly
A neighbour's remote control may be affecting your energizer. Change the energizer's address setting (see below).
I have several remote-capable energizers on my farm and I want to use my remote with all of them
For ease of use, change all your energizers to the same address setting. This means you can use the remote with all your energizers without changing the settings each time. Change the address setting on each energizer (see below).
I have several remote-capable energizers on my farm but they're close together and the remote is controlling the wrong energizer
Sometimes, the layout of the farm and location of the energizers means you will need to use different addresses for each energizer so that the remote doesn't switch off the wrong section of fence. Change the address setting on each energizer (see below).
📝This will mean you need to go into the remote control Setup menu each time you want to control a different energizer.
I have a new energizer and the remote control feature is disabled (displaying address zero)
Change the energizer to a new address setting (see below).
Changing the energizer's address setting
To change the energizer's address setting:
Energizers with a selector switch:
Connect the energizer to a power source. Slide the energizer selector switch to Off. Wait for 15 seconds, then switch the energizer to one of the On positions.
Other energizers:
Disconnect the energizer from the mains/line power source. Wait for 5 minutes, then reconnect energizer to the power source.📝 You must set the energizer and handset’s address setting within four minutes of the energizer being switched back on or reconnected to the power source.

to switch on the remote control.
Stand beside the energizer and press

The green light flashes to indicate that the energizer is in Standby mode.Press
to switch off the remote control.
Press and hold

to enter the remote control's Setup menu.
Press
repeatedly until you get to the Address (Ad) option.
Press
repeatedly until you get to the desired address setting.
Press
to send the new address to the energizer.
The new address setting will display on the energizer, then it will return to Standby mode.
