When you first register a connected energizer, the energizer name defaults to a standard serial number. We recommend changing the name of the energizer so that you can easily identify each energizer on the farm. It is helpful to use a location e.g. Barn.
To change the name of the connected energizer using Datamars Pro:
In the Devices screen, scroll down to the Fence Monitoring panel and tap on Energizers. All energizers registered to the farm are listed.
Tap on the energizer you want to change.
Tap on Settings.
Tap Change name.
Enter a new name for the energizer and tap Save.
