Removing a connected energizer from a farm using Datamars Pro

You can remove a connected energizer from the Datamars Livestock farm if it is no longer required.

This article applies to:

  • U20000W, U15000W, U15000W-E Unigizers

  • 31000W, 46000W, 86000W Mains Energizers*

* If you previously used the Datamars Livestock mobile app with your energizer, download the Datamars Pro mobile app for improved performance. Log in using your old credentials, no further setup is required.

You may want to remove a connected energizer from your farm if it is no longer in use. This can be done in the Datamars Pro mobile app or the Datamars Livestock web app.

Removing an energizer using Datamars Pro

✋ To complete this procedure, you need to be beside the energizer in order to establish a Bluetooth connection.

Before you start:

  1. Check that the Bluetooth® setting is enabled on your phone.

  2. Position yourself beside the energizer (within 2 m/6').

To remove a connected energizer from your farm in the Datamars Livestock mobile app:

  1. In the Devices screen, scroll down to the Fence Monitoring panel and tap on Energizers. All energizers registered to the farm are listed.

  2. The energizer will be listed at the top, within Bluetooth range.

  3. Tap Connect.

  4. Tap Settings.

  5. Tap Remove energizer.

Removing an energizer using the Datamars Livestock web app

To remove a connected energizer from your farm in the Datamars Livestock web app:

  1. Click on My Devices.

  2. Click on Energizer.

  3. Click on the energizer you want to remove.

  4. Click on the Delete icon.
