Changing the Wi-Fi network an energizer is connected to

You can change the Wi-Fi network your energizer is connected to.

📝 This procedure can only be done using the Datamars Livestock mobile app, not the web app.
📝 You must have admin permissions to perform this procedure.

You may need to change the Wi-Fi network which your energizer is connected to.
​
✋ To complete this procedure, you need to be beside the energizer in order to establish a Bluetooth® connection. It cannot be done from a remote location for security reasons.

Before you start:

  1. Check that the Bluetooth setting is enabled on your phone.

  2. Position yourself beside the energizer.

To change the Wi-Fi network the energizer is connected to:

  1. Position yourself beside the energizer (within 2 m/6').

  2. Launch the Datamars Livestock mobile app.

  3. In the Home screen, scroll down to the Energizer panel and tap Connect nearby energizer.
    Any energizers within Bluetooth range will be listed.

  4. Tap Connect.

  5. Tap Settings.

  6. Tap Change network.

  7. Select the network you want to connect to and enter the password.
