Having trouble?
If you are having trouble updating an XR5000, ID5000 or JR5000 indicator, check the firmware version on your indicator (Press the ? button on the indicator). If the firmware version is below V3.6, the standard update procedure will not work and you will need to update via a USB stick. If you are troubleshooting and you are sent an update file by the support team, follow the steps outlined in Updating device firmware from a file during troubleshooting.
