Datamars Livestock

Before you can use the active tag solution:

The farm owner or manager needs to log in to the Datamars Livestock web app and <a href="http://support.livestock.datamars.com/en/articles/5897097-inviting-users-to-your-farm-in-datamars-livestock">invite users to their farm</a>.

Every staff member must <a href="http://support.livestock.datamars.com/en/articles/5515467-installing-the-datamars-livestock-monitoring-mobile-app">install the Datamars Livestock Monitoring mobile app</a> on their mobile phone and accept their invitation to join the farm.

The active collar tags or active ear tags can be unpacked. <a href="http://support.livestock.datamars.com/en/articles/5912630-assembling-active-collars-if-required">Active collar tags may need to be assembled</a>.

<a href="http://support.livestock.datamars.com/en/articles/5912897-creating-groups-administrators-only">Create animal groups</a> to match herds or mobs on the property.

4. <a href="http://support.livestock.datamars.com/en/articles/5912897-creating-groups-administrators-only">Create animal groups</a> to match herds or mobs on the property.

After this, active tags can be <a href="http://support.livestock.datamars.com/en/articles/7232360-assigning-an-active-tag-to-an-animal">assigned</a> then attached to an animal.
