Changing the energizer notification thresholds using Datamars Pro

You can change the energizer's warning and critical notification thresholds using Datamars Pro

This article applies to:

  • U20000W, U15000W, U15000W-E Unigizers

  • 31000W, 46000W, 86000W Mains Energizers*

* If you previously used the Datamars Livestock mobile app with your energizer, download the Datamars Pro mobile app for improved performance. Log in using your old credentials, no further setup is required.

📝 The connected energizer must be registered to the farm before you can perform this procedure.

You can set the energizer warning and critical thresholds so that an alert notification is issued when the current voltage falls below a certain point. This can be helpful if too many notifications are being issued.

📝 Notifications will only be sent if the energizer has notifications switched on.
📝 Only users with notifications set up for their Datamars Livestock account will receive notifications.

📝 U20000W, U15000W, U15000W-E Unigizers only - If the energizer output settings have been changed to Day/Night, it is possible to set different notifications thresholds for day and night.

To set the energizer notification thresholds using Datamars Pro:

  1. In the Devices screen, scroll down to the Fence Monitoring panel and tap on Energizers. All energizers registered to the farm are listed.

  2. Tap on the energizer you want to change.

  3. Set the Warning and Critical voltage thresholds. When the energizer current voltage falls below these voltage levels notifications will be issued.
